Amina is a seasoned business leader, Advisor, Coach and Mentor. Amina has worked in the area of Investigations and Compliance Risk Management for over fifteen years. Managing compliance programs across varying industries for a host of fortune 500 companies. She has spent a portion of this time focusing on enhancing and maintaining ethical and compliant workplace cultures. Amina leverages her knowledge of the region to customize program elements to support the various needs of business partners across Canada, The Caribbean and Latin America.
Amina completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Toronto (UofT), followed by a Human Resource Management Certificate at the same institution. Amina obtained her EMBA from Royal Roads university in Victoria B.C. Amina holds a designation in Compliance and Ethics and is Certified Fraud Investigator. While Amina calls Winnipeg home she has also lived across Canada, in Latin America and the Middle East; and has developed proficiency in the following languages: French, Spanish and Portuguese. Amina brings experience from a variety of industries: Aerospace and Manufacturing; Public sector (Provincial government and crown corporations); Oil and Gas; Marketing and Advertising; Transportation; Insurance; Financial Services; Consumer Products an Retail.
