We immediately identified a growing need for skilled impartial investigations and other compliance services to meet the new demands facing small to medium size employers (SMEs). We understand the current challenges facing businesses today, specifically not-for-profits and family owned businesses. with few firms outside of the legal/LLC framework offering services such as; employee advocacy, management coaching and investigations. We saw a unique opportunity to level the playing field with our decades of expertise and fact finding, offering our clients both the information and tools to effectively manage the employment relationship.
