FTC Audit January 28th 2013:
One of the documents against FHTM is an " Ex Parte " document. Ex parte (ex par-tay, but popularly, ex party) adj. Latin meaning "for one party," referring to motions, hearings or orders granted on the request of and for the benefit of one party only.
One party was heard in this matter and on Feb 7th they will hear FHTM's reply. FHTM is not the only company that has had to deal with the Federal Trade Commission. Follow the link below and read information from other cases where the FTC has been defeated.
"It seems the FTC often misuses its power, draws conclusions before obtaining proper evidence, threatens businesses with an insurmountable fine they couldn’t possibly afford in order to prevent them from proving the FTC wrong, makes false allegations and diminishes a company’s reputation in the public eye before the company has an opportunity to stand up for themselves, does not claim responsibility for their actions, most certainly has their own agenda – possibly supported by outside interests, and continues to claim they are “protecting consumers” in cases such as the ones indicated above." - COREY LYNN

FHTM Goes To Scheduled Court Date On Feb 7th/2013:

1.) They thought that they were going to come in and shut us down, put a notch in their belt and walk away after a day. (DIDN'T HAPPEN)
2.) Paul could have easily dissolved the company when this all happened and they would not have touched his assets (DIDN'T HAPPEN, HE IS FIGHTING FOR US)
3.) They would not have granted us more time in court to hear our case if we were totally and undeniably guilty.
4.) The same Lawyer's firm that is working with FHTM in this case (Perkins Coie) has almost 100 lawyers with experts in all areas. One of their team has lead 20 cases before federal judges and NEVER lost. They have represented companies like Amazon, Google, Boeing, Pepsi, Kraft Foods. WE WILL BE READY FOR MARCH 13TH
